These thick textured ramen are served with an extremely spicy sauce. Directions for use: Like other ramen, especially those from the Buldak range, these noodles are meant to be cooked as "stir fried" noodles, not in a broth. Boil a pot of water and immerse the noodles in the water for about 5 minutes. While cooking, remove 8 tablespoons of water.
