Domaine de L'Idylle Savoie Cruet BIO 2025 Matsu el Viejo 2020 Serving temperature 15-16 CThis wine has subtle citrus aromas of lemon combined with the scent of white flowers. On the palate, the wine has an open attack, a nice intensity and an elegant creaminess from aging on lees. The jacqure grapes (typical Savoy grape variety) comes from a clay limestone soil with stony rubble slopes from the Alps. The vineyard is located on a sunny hillside facing southeast between Chambry and Albertville. The wine matures on its fine lees to make a
