Constructed of silver with red and green enamels, Type II with Cyrillic Script on the obverse, number engraved 24440 on the reverse, on a hanger for suspension from its horizontal pinback suspension, an unmarked example but traditionally manufactured by the Moscow Mint, measuring 36. 1 mm in diameter, in very fine condition.
