2019 Peter Michael 'Le Caprice' Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, USA (750ml) Varietal_Grenache poised and quite elegant finishTASTING NOTES: Le Caprice comes from Fort Ross Seaview AVA, planted at 1,000 1,400 feet elevation to a suitcase clone (Pinot Fin) on a soil type of clay with basalt rocks. Pale to medium ruby purple in color, the barrel sample of the 2019 Pinot Noir le Caprice (due to be bottled within the next few days) explodes from the glass with a profound, complex perfume of kirsch, raspberry coulis, mulberries and candied violets, followed by hints of chocolate
