This family property was purchased in 1970 by his father, Georges Bertrand. The exceptional soil allows deep rooting, protecting the vineyard from Mediterranean climatic extremes (water stress, violent storms). The estate has been cultivated using organic (AB) and biodynamic farming, certified Demeter, since the 2019 vintage.
