Turkey, Ottoman Empire. An Ottoman Red Crescent Medal, Ii Class Silver Grade Hold Instituted in 1938(Hilel I Ahmer Madalyasi). Instituted in 1912. In silver with red and white enamels, measuring 28. 5 mm (w) x 34. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, suspended from a hanger in silver with white enamels, circular highlight from a previously applied sticker and scratch test mark evident on the reverse, without ribbon, better than very fine.
