Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised German Red Cross (DRK) style German national eagle overlaid by a mobile swastika and clutching a Geneva Cross, within an oval laurel leaf wreath on a pebbled background, the reverse with an integral loop and swivel attachment claws, maker marked with the logo of Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 m (h), in extremely fine condition.
