Vintage Wind-Up Tin Penguin Toy retro AB - 103951 - 092721This vintage tin penguin toy was produced in China, likely in the middle of the 20th century. This toy comes in its original box, as the photographs indicate. The penguins feet waddle when the toy is wound up. However, the penguin won't walk when placed on a surface, indicating that the wind up function needs to be worked on some to restore the toy to its original condition. The toy measures 5. 5" high x 3. 5" wide x 3" deep. The box measures 6" x 4"
