The base and arm have been meticulously wire brushed and clear coated to prevent oxidization. The articulated arm can be adjusted to suit a variety of needs. The shade is a porcelain enamel helmet shade and is removable. The base of the lamp has four screw holes. The square original lamp base is particularly rare and is seldom found in good condition.
