Château La Sauvageonne Grand Vin 2023 vin rouge biodynamique Terrasses du Larzac 75cl vin de garde On the palate the wineIts exposure, location and exceptional volcanic terroir give it a unique character "Grandiose and wild" A nose of "jammy" and spiced garrigue. Subtle notes of dark fruits and gingerbread. On the palate, the wine presents fine and elegant tannins that form a beautiful balance with its vivacity. Since the vintage 2017, the estate has been certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER ( Biodynamic farming) .
